We begin every project with a series of discovery sessions. These meetings help us define your market, set measurable goals and establish the scope of the project. We'll dig deep into your ideal customer, discuss potential roadblocks and build a marketing strategy. When the discovery process is complete, you'll have a complete online marketing plan for your business, along with the total investment cost and a roadmap to get there.
In a word, no. Discovery is more than just defining your ideal customer. We need to look at your overall market, industry trends, analyze your competition and set clear goals for your project. These sessions are a critical part of building a successful online marketing plan and they cannot be skipped.
A discovery session lasts about an hour and you will need to budget some additional time to review reports or fill out worksheets. For a standard web site, 3-4 discovery sessions are typical. For more complex sites, additional discovery time may be required.
We prefer Skype for it's screensharing capability plus it's always nice to see a smiling face on the other side of the screen. However, if you prefer to use a good old-fashioned telephone, we can work with that.

If we don't receive content from you, we will place dummy text into your site that you can edit after the site has launched.
