What can Impact Hours be used for?

How can I maximize my hours?
To maximize your Impact hours, it’s best to batch as many requests together when possible. This allows us to continue working while we already have your project open, which saves time and reduces the time used to complete the work.
Does my time expire?
Impact hours are good for 6 months from the time they are purchased.
Can I purchase more hours?
Yes. You can purchase more hours by adjusting the quantity at checkout. Please note that your project timeline will be subject to our availability at the time your request is submitted.
How will I know how much time was used?
If you want to know how many hours you have left at any time, please email support@leftrightlabs.com and we’ll give you an update.
But I only want to buy 2 hours...
You can buy one hour and change the quantity to 2 when you checkout. For maximum savings, purchase a larger quantity and bank them for later use.
