2020 has been a year of changes.
Of shifting, and bending, and praying you don’t break. Of learning, reflecting, pushing, and embracing. It’s been a rollercoaster ride including tears of joy that our families are safe, tears of fear with all the uncertainty in the world, and humble gratitude for all we have continued to do.
If your business is anything like ours, you’ve been through all of these phases and more.
Our business has been in a unique position. At Left Right Labs we’ve been serving our clients online for the past 15 years and we’re well adapted to working from home, running teams online, and handling back to back Zoom calls. This meant that the initial shock of global shutdowns weren’t witnessed through our own eyes, but through the eyes of our clients.
And what we saw was awe inspiring.
We watched our clients, across the globe from Italy to Illinois, shift from storefront to online in a matter of days. We saw them find ways to support their staff and shore up their finances. We witnessed fundraisers for Feeding America, free services to support the immunity of First Responders, marches and protests to support the voices of those who aren’t heard loud enough, and sheer grit to hold on for the long haul to keep serving the audiences that needed help the most.
Wherever you find yourself this Thanksgiving, we want you to know that we are thankful for YOU. Thankful that we get to see you fight with all you have, thankful that we get to help you leverage the platforms you use, and thankful that you trust us to help you build bigger, better, more beloved brands.
The world needs your wisdom and insight more than ever before and we are so grateful for the opportunity to help you share that.
With Humble Gratitude,
Gretchen Cawthon & Trina Fisher
